I seriously want the HAMB Drags to come back to Mokan. You need a big crew of volunteer underlings and just delegate, delegate, delegate man. I want to help any way I can. I’m feeling great now except pretty bored. I need something I could jump into and help with.

Let’s start volunteering right away. You need to find some subject matter experts. I could do lots of different things, but one thing I would like to be involved with, is finding advertisers and promoting. I did stuff like that years ago and I think it would be fun to see how things have changed.

Just the other day I saw an old geezer in the grocery store wearing a HAMB DRAGS 2010 shirt. How do I know he was an old geezer? He looked to be about my age...

 

There's a 12to1 377 under the bench with AFR heads and a big solid roller.

 

Among other available engines I have the 283 that came out of Clarence. It's under the back bench and is exactly the way it was the day we pulled it out of the panel truck. You're welcome to use it. It won't be as fast as you're used to but it'll get you down the track.

Btw, it's from a 1966 Impala.

Oh, yeah, it knows its way down the MoKan track.

 

I finished a car, a bike, and a baby human since the last HAMB drags. I’m ready. Let’s gooooo!

My little Model A is in semi-retirement, but I would definitely dust her off for some HAMB Drags action.
