    Pre-1979 Cadillac Eldorado.

    1973-1978, I think.

You will need to source levers, and make the cable brackets.

You're in luck. The actuation hardware is being reproduced.

You would just need to buy a pair of thin nylock nuts.

Lokar stuff hooks right up to these. Easy peasy.

Most chain auto parts stores can get the calipers.

They take the same pads as the front ones that came in your kit, and they bolt directly into the same brackets.

Those are 75/78 Eldorado. The only one I know of that sells them with the levers new is https://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/R2262-A.html I need to order a pair for my 71 3/4 ton that I am putting disk on the rear.
The off road/crawler brigade running 3/4 ton axles usually run the front calipers like came in your kit but need the park brake to p*** inspection for highway use.

I'm saving that link that Gimpy showed. Over the counter prices for the calipers is high though.

IIRC, Wilwood makes a separate Mechanical Emergency Brake Caliper.
