So is that just the *** end of a sedan?

Also, how do you get in and out with the top up? :)

That's the car that KIRK! posted a few days ago. Said it was 100% hand made(by a young guy no less), not a body and frame that were modified.

Don't know the name but the owner/builder worked for Kerry Hopperstead when the build up started. I remember seeing it in the shop. I also remember Kerry telling us that the 28-29 cowl was such an easy piece to make. Neat car.

Pretty sure there was a write up in Street Rodder about that little A modified a year or 2 back ..................... either that or someone copped some cool details from it.

That car was slick, built by a kid my age. He was 20 or 21 when he completed the build, just outstanding craftsmanship. The top was on hinges so he could get in and out :D

  26. That's Brian Limberg of Sycamore, IL car.
When I talked to him at his hometown car show last year, he had just finish at WYO tech...I think he's in his early twenties.
Not sure if he's a HAMBer with the same nickname?
He hand built the car body from 18 gauge sheets.
His shift knob is customized to look like a tin man skull too...

The builders name is Brian Limberg they call him the TINMAN. He is from Genoa,IL He started the project at the age of 19 and finished it at the age of 23. The entire body and frame is stratch build. He started with flat sheet steel and would up with this kool little hot rod. Not bad for his first car. Look for a full feature on this car in the up coming ROD & CUSTOM mag. Any one instreasted in contacting the TINMAN here is his email address orgtinman@yahoo.com

By the way you can tell I'm kinda proud, he's my kid.
