Technical 1941 coupe crossmember

I had an unfortunate meeting with a ditch in my coupe. I’m collecting parts am at a loss as to what to call the front most cross member that supports the bracket that holds the fender support. I would also be interested in purchasing one if anyone has one available. Thanks in advance
