    I build headers using U bends, not kits. p1010176_0020_020_0044 - Copy.jpg p1010182_0007_007_0055.jpg

My home made for my 4 banger. Still being made in these pictures, I then had it ceramic coated. header1.jpg

I built the headers for my outlaw clone from u bends. Tig welded and metal finished before chrome plating. I also did the pre plating polishing

  6. My next little project is building a set for this thing and keeping them inside the stock fender panels.

Yes it's an I-Beam axle and stock 40 steering column. Prymarys are 2.125 and must squeeze between the wishbone and frame rails and go around the steering box. Why make it easy? Stay tuned.

  7. I made these last winter, good at the drag strip but to loud on the street. With my blown mill, they set off all the car alarms in town.:) WIN_20240517_17_37_17_Pro.jpg WIN_20240517_17_39_59_Pro.jpg

Building a 32 roadster with a 365 Cadillac engine. Sprint car type headers. Smoothing the welds for chrome plating. My own flame cut flanges. 2024-07-17 21.48.26-1.jpg 2024-07-17 21.48.26-2.jpg 2024-07-17 21.48.26-3.jpg

    302 G M C. 2 center pipes 2" because they have to serve 2 cylinders each. Engines-parts (44) 040.jpg Outer pipes 1.75" because they only serve 1 cylinder each.

  13. Consider Jet Hot instead of chrome. This stuff is amazing. Have headers that are unblemished and still bright after 20 years. IMG_1590.JPG

adv23t098.JPG Here are two I've done.
One on my avatar champ car; one for my altered roadster drag car.
I used stainless steel on both of these.

I don't know who built the new headers
or if they cut mine up to do it.
