A lot of these old timers are aging out of being in the sun. So all this is rapidly going away. I would suspect fire sales of part and cars in the next few years.
An AMAZING swap meet. I grew up in Long Beach and attended the LBMTC swap meets as a kid. I still come out every couple of years to attend. It has always the BEST swap meet for real old stuff. We have called this swap meet "the gathering of the faithful".
GREAT swap today. Came home with lots of little parts, people started packing up a little early as the heat turned up (was nice and foggy until about 8ish). Good day for it, even came with the salt and cart.
It's actually a recent build and the guy is a bit high on the price. I wanted say near 40k asking but I have seen sedans with this same stance about the the prices.
The black coupe reminds me of a Lil' John Buttera car. Kind of like his 1926-27 Sedan. Also, the kind of car that would have been in the "Early Times" club. I like it!!
