Ha ha This must have been a 3 piece window set up that someone used only one out of leaving (4) clam shell black metal frames (exterior & interior) and (2) pieces of non tempered gl*** (see corner gl*** chips but might not show when mounted in the frame?). The sleeve they were in disintegrated on the back but you still have the front picture. The black frames paint should be redone (flaking in areas).
