Follow the link below and click on a thumbnail to see the larger picture. These are large file, high resolution pictures. The Pileup was really crammed with cars and especially people. I have never had so much trouble getting clear shots of the cars! Enjoy, http://www.rustworks.biz/HCUP2006/index.html
I use a software called Picasa2 that takes the pictures and puts them in that nice online format with the thumbnails, html pages and the pictures. Then I use another software package called Filezilla to load the whole package to my website (this upload took about 30 minutes) and then I just have to post the link. No problem! BTW, I use free versions of each software which I believe are still available. They are both really easy to learn to use and they are F-A-S-T!
This was my first HCP and we had a blast. Got to stop and help a fellow HAMBer who broke down, met lots of new gearheads, saw some great hotrods, and most of all spent a fun day with my son. Doesn't get any better than that. It was worth the 7 hour round trip drive. Thanks for the photo memories. Kermit and HOTRODVW
it was my 1st HCP also . enjoyed it very much , but you're dead on about it tough to get a picture. i finally gave up , still had a good time and met a few fellow hamb'ers
It was my first HCPU and my biggest problems taking pics before noon were frozen batteries and the fact I was working the inside lot.
I had a great time to dad, It was a great day, great cars, great people. Well worth the trip. HOTRODVW
