I read earlier of a fellow needing a ramhorn that turned inward. I needed that too. You get regular ramhorns that go straight and saw off the flange. You get a 45 degree 1-1/2 Inch plumbing elbow and braze the elbow in. Between the flange and the ramhorn at whatever twist you need or you can buy blockhuggers whatever floats your boat!
Look for late 60's truck and full size p***enger car drivers side manifolds they are ram horn with a 45° turn back and fit applications where the steering gear is in the way
Both mine are 45 degree with my SBC swap, the driver side is a '65-'68 full size Chevy, p***enger side is a new Dorman piece with all the fugly nubs, etc ground off.
the late 60s full size cars used one turned back manifold, the 67-72 trucks used two. Neither of them will turn "in", though.
Dorman 1972 C10 manifolds, they don't look like the turn in just back. Left side # 674-201 Right side # 674-199

I've used the early C10 left side manifolds on several SBC powered deuces with Vega steering. I found they tuck in toward the motor and point back just enough for the steering shaft to clear the exhaust. On the right side I like the straight down manifold as the one that points back at a 45 degree angle gets cozy with the starter.
I have the 674-199 on my car, Ebay, open box shipped for $49. Ground off the ugly, installed plugs for the AIR holes and painted it with POR15 manifold paint, looks fact-tree.
