1964 Chevrolet El Camino Runs. Drives. Stops. 2 speed power-glide transmission. To the best of my knowledge the engine is a 283. I’m basing this off an old service record. In 2000-ish, rebuilt the engine with quality aftermarket parts and a period correct ‘new’ block. I wouldn’t imagine there are more than 30,000 miles on the engine. I recently had the radiator completely rebuilt/re-cored at Mac’s Radiator in Portland OR. They also flushed the block, replaced the thermostat, and fine-tuned the brakes. It has factory AC. Air shocks. New belts. The radio works but there are currently no speakers. I have the original California Black plates, a service manual, and a few other books on interchangeable parts for the era that you are welcome to. Clean title. Fresh registration. This car has a lot of potential.

The most pressing issues for a potential buyer to address in no order are:
The rear windshield leaks and needs to be resealed.
On the drivers side there is a bondo spot by the rear wheel well that should be repaired. There is also rust on the drivers door that needs to be addressed. The clear coat on the hood is peeling and needs attention fading. Pictures provided.
The paint is not original. The original color was Ermine White.
The gas gauge doesn’t work. Not the biggest thing but definitely something to be aware of.
One of the reverse lights needs to be replaced. I think it’s in the glove compartment

This Classic 1964 El Camino, is a nice little driver that you can drive and fix up and enjoy! More than anything I would like it to find a home where it will be driven and enjoyed.

    Please No TRADES!
