Received the first pocket sized edition of the new Rod & Style this morning. Mix of subjects. Almost no ads mostly self supporting. Good first issue.
I got my issue yesterday am happy. Quality paper, quality pictures. Money well spent, mine and theirs. I hope that they can keep it going. I am ready to subscribe. Give them a chance.
He isn't doing subscriptions yet, they are currently on a single issue order basis. I think it's maybe a quarterly?
I'm thinking that when he has another issue ready for the printer those of us who ordered this time will get an email and we will see notices around the net and we can order the second one. Safe for all involved. Those of us who subscribe to Hop Up get an email saying our payment method will be billed $_____ for the next issue. Again safe for the folks who are signed up to buy the magazine. Per magazine these magazines may be seen as a bit spendy but we aren't hauling several rod magazines home from the magazine rack anymore now. Plus this is a Volume 1 number 1 giving it instant collector status. I'm Keeping mine in the stiff envelope it was shipped in.
worth supporting these quarterly magazines. I am a subscriber to Hot Rod Magazine that switched to quarterly. was supposed to be sent this month. have not received my copy yet. plus, have heard nothing about it since switch end of last year.
Supporting these magazines is expensive. I got a new Wheel Hub this morning and in glancing thru it I wonder why I spend my money? Nothing in there is even remotely affordable by 99% of the subscribers. Sure lots of rich car people with an ego to satisfy.
^^^^ I totally agree with this issue(Wheel Hub)...usually this is a pretty decent magazine,...not this last issue, for me anyway.

Keep up the quality that you have done so far. There are those of us who grew up with many magazines, but we don't have many nowadays. I got issue # 1, how do I get issue # 2. Thanks for your time and effort.
Just ordered issue 2 and looks like issue 1 is available also so I’ve course had to have that one too.
