That’s Brands Hatch. I was racing there two weeks ago. That corner’s not changed too much.

20201006_131631.jpg 20201006_130359.jpg This belongs to my German engine machinist. Street legal with sbc power(!!!). It started with a 358" engine. The front end wouldn't stay on the ground. He built a 331" engine , same issue. It has a 250" ( ish) small block now. Some very nice parts inside that little screamer!

I finally kinda understand what all the fuss is about with all those HiPerformance Beetles, haha The last one I got a chance to drive was a friends GT3 RS, and it was impressive. Way more car than I can handle. But the most fun I had in a Porsche was in an ex- Rallye 1962 356. Thet car was like an hold Hot Rod,it smelled of gasoline , was totally beat up, but it was honest to earth , felt fast at 8o mph, that would be just right for me, hahaha
But I´ll never admit that I like Porsches, being a dyed in the wool BMW guy, Dingolfing is just 8 miles northeast of me. So , if I wanted to go fast, I´d most likely go with something M///. But not on a race track, I could not afford to break it either, hahahaha
