Is anybody familiar with this OHV head for a Ford Flathead six?

Called an F-head, intake in the head/exhaust in the block. My brother had a '51 Jeepster with a 4 cyl. F-head. Also believe that Nash/Rambler/AMC also used that configuration.

....Someone called me an "F-Head" once, but I don't think it had anything to do with an engine.

X-cpe, Nash/Rambler/AMC didn't use an F-head, only flat-head and OHV. The F-head was a Willys Jeep then Kaiser Jeep staple. The last couple years of the Henry J may have used the F-head since it replaced the flat-head four in Jeeps in 53. The Henry J used the 134 flat-head Jeep four or a 161 flat-head straight six. I don't know of any other post WWII F-head engines. In the 20s and 30s there were one or two, even some T head (one valve on each side of the cylinder, two cams, but still flat-heads).
