Been a couple years, wow. Various things got in the way but cleared out the shop and plan on making some headway this spring.

What a cool modification. Never seen anything like. You're the first as far as you know,....right? The salmon colored car you pictured in 2016 was PhotoShopped, right. Either way, it's extra cool and I'm signed up to watch your progress.

I love GM 1959-1960 anything except Oldsmobiles. Seems they dropped the ball on them. The Buicks were beautiful and had the most expensive doors GM ever made. A guy where I grew up had a 2 dr black 60 Lesabre. Only drove it to church on Sundays across the street in the spring and summer. Bought brand new the last time I saw it in the early 90s it had a little over 1100 miles on it. Looked like new top to bottom inside and out. Still had the original and perfect clear plastic seat covers on the grey seats. The car did not have one single leak anywhere. Fluids changed yearly. An incredible car.

Been awhile, an idea I'm toying with.
