Our car club is looking into offering scholarships to cl***es that would teach HAMB style hot rod building skills. Are there any Covel, Lazze, Winfield, Jap Hands or other similar seminar cl***es but in the central east USA? Tips or ideas are welcome.
When I graduated from Ohio Technical College in Cleveland. They had just started a Rod & Custom Cl***. This was back in 2015, I believe its now combined with the Restoration cl*** I took back then.
