I looked at every picture this seller included and I still have no idea what this car looks like. A couple of oddly cropped pics and some examples of what other Buick engines look like. Very odd.

  9. It looks like the wild front fender skirt was made for a ~movie. I don't know if the rear skirt is one-off or not.

Apparently the 54 mercury in hello tomorrow was only shown from the drivers side seeing the passenger side isn't finished with the same skirts. i just watched a trailer and the red thunderbird is finished on both sides. Seems like a different type of series that i might want to watch one or 2 episodes of before deciding how i like it.

lol, ad says it’s a crown Victoria and I’m no expert. Being that you belong to the crown Victorias owner’s association you know something that I don’t.

Nice car for decent $ with what appears to be small areas of rust that are pretty easy to repair. They don't show the interior floor however. Even comes with the original clear plastic seat "protectors". Ha!

Honest seller, shows the issues. Motor apart is a small concern, since you can't check health of drivetrain and the rust is going to need some fairly big work. I hope it ends up in the hands of someone who can bring it back. I know the east coast people will say that's minor, but it's a pretty big amount of work for a low demand car.
Clutch and 3 on the tree are a bonus. The autos of the era weren't great.

Sorry about the dead link, I thought I had it all.
It was on Facebook Marketplace. It's located in Olathe, KS (near Kansas City). Listed as Vintage 1951 Statesman Coach Deluxe Nash. I have no personal or financial interest in it. I just thought it fit this thread.
