Nice little inaugural show. About 250 cars showed up. Just posting a few of the Hamb friendly cars there.

 

The first picture of the Model A roadster pickup. It looks like a '30 or '31 but the front fenders look like '28 or '29.
Am I correct?

 

Could be. I don’t know for sure.

 

No, they're 30"s. Have the two piece splash aprons.

It may be that having the tire stuffed up into the fender, gives that illusion
As you know...
28+9 fenders have tighter ( more ) circumference following the tire down to running board level
