I can't show the pics. I've been sworn to secrecy. (unless there is a $20 in it for me or you just say please!!) It started out innocently enough, but then i kept hearing the one girl say"Where's the camera? Take a pic of this!!" Then, the next day it was.....um...what are you gonna do with those pictures?? Um....you're not gonna put those on the internet or something are you?? "Nope, I wouldn't do that unless you say I can.":D Uh huh. Right.

She said you can't.... never said I couldn't. I wasn't suggesting you post them... jest that you might bring them up to Detriot.

Bill, That is AWESOME!! I still haven't gotten brave enough to go long distance in the 55 yet. Of course the 4.88 gears have something to do with it as well. I went to the small show in Frankfort Sunday and am still shaking a little from driving 40 minutes at 3800-4000 rpm (lol). Nothing like listening to the exhaust, the gear drive, the Muncie whine and Rockabilly!

One of these days, I need to invest in a 5 or 6 speed, cause I am not giving up the gears!!!

Wish I had known you were there Saturday. Great show. We went last year too so I have had a T-shirt for a little while...

I sure wish I had more time to chat with folks.

I walked right past Django a few times - he hadn't put on a name tag yet.

I saw a few other tags walking by as I chatted with others, I guess I should have just gave a shout...

Everyone looked so busy talking with one another, I guess my small town manners kicked in.

I realy meant to grab Tuck as well - turns out he was standing right by me and I never caught a glimpse of him.

Bugman and Tuck went to school together - a bit of trivial knowledge I found out about while shooting the breeze with Bugman.

I think if I get the chance to go next year I'll do the whole weekend hotel thing. Too many people too little time.

..and boy were there a lot of screen names that i didn't recognize! Sheesh.

I wish that I could afford a quality digi camera. Man I shot a lot of film - and I still don't know if any pics are worth a damn!! I had to use my trusty 35mm Minolta. It's older than most people that attended the show - but I guess that just makes it a cl***ic, right? She's like an old shoebox Ford, trusty and stylish....and still going after all this time.

There's definately a Pile-Up hangover going on - and not just from the booze, it gets under your skin and it's all you can think about for a couple days.

I saw some terrible rat-o-riffic rods, but there were more cool things there than anythign else - it was very inspiring.

Geez...I really don't photograph well... You guys are going to have to talk to my publicist for any future pictures of me...

I'm another one of those "quiet shy types" so I didnt get around much. I didn't even know Rashy and Flt-Blk were there. I spotted Flt-Blk just as leaving and since his truck is one of my favorite HAMB vehicles, I thought "that looks like Flt-Blk's truck." Then I saw the plates and was like "It is!" so I was looking closer as I was driving past, and he's looking at me with this "Why is that guy looking at me so funny" look...

Broman, it was great to finally meet you, I got all kinds of dirt on Tuck if you need some blackmail leverage...haha...

Thirdyfivepickup, Nice to talk to you(however briefly) in person, without having to dial 13 digets. I'm gonna print your picture and stick it on all my VSI catalogs...

I got a cool print from Katzenhammer. If you don't have any Justin art, you need some...

Denise, the cookies were the best I've had so far. Rashy seriously missed out...

In case you missed it, ContinentalJohn makes absolutly Fantastic chili

I'm really bad with names and faces, so if I forgot you, I have an exuse :D

I didn't know he even had any! I had some fantastic chili, cornbread, and Mexican hot chocolate from the Galewood Cookshack (that Winnebago with the penguins on top)

  12. I had their chili verde with jalapeno hot sauce. That was some of the best chili I"ve ever had. Hmmm good stuff. Not too farty either.

Does everyone know enough about my colon's workings now? If you don't, just ask, I ain't shy.

    Mystery solved (for me anyway).

Peterpan of Chicago was the one who called me prolific.

I was pissed until I looked it up in Webster's...

Thanks, man. ;) the check's in the mail....lol.

I think Breeder's name comes from the fact he's not prophylactic...

    Am I right?

As always, I had one helluva time meeting HAMBERS and most of all, some kick*** car folks who had their feet on the ground!!! Went to see Chad and his boys at Fool's Pub on Friday and met Devilbiss from Iowa and after too many shots, had to drive him to his hotel.

Been all over the country at various shows, and thanks to the Czars, this deal is HEAVEN!!!!!

Thanks for making this weekend #1 for me!!!!!

she should probably do an intro... post some pictures.

(of her truck... which she skillfully saved from being totalled on the way to the Pileup after she was cut off...)
