how bout a little hot tank action? I've sent some pretty nasty engines through, baked and caked all up...always come out looking like a gem...

  3. Sounds like its time to trash the local car wash.

Get 'em back for all the times the beeper started & you came up $.25 short. :p

are you talking about the axle tube area? at work i have a tool i made for this, its just a piece of round bar with a thick washer welded flat to the bottom of it, i use it to scrape the shit out of the tube then when you get most of it out you can wrap a rag around it with some solevent or brake cleaner and swab the tube till its clean

A gas powered psi washer has alot more balls than the car wash. Easy Off oven cleaner impresses me every time I use it on caked on gunk. Let it sit for an hour and let it work. Pay neighbor kids aridiculously low amount to scrape it clean.
