Maybe about the time frame of that Harbor Blvd/Katella overp***. I don't remember an overp*** at Katella and Harbor.
When the attendants jumped on the side of those cars they had their own throttle governor override.

Sounds crazy but I wouldn't park there.

 

You can tell it's electric at a glance because it doesn't have a drip pan under it.
