One thing about the HAMB…… you can flip right by something you don’t care about…..

 

Funny how 2 rival manufacturers saw AC .. Chevrolets in 56 had 2 vents one on each side under the dash at the ends near the door and Ford in 56 had 2 directional vents on each side of the radio speaker on the top of the dash in the center of the car.

 

He took my advice and booked a flight to Vienna.

 

Interesting story about this motorcycle. The girls father built it for her as a gift. The pair of them went out on tour performing at state fairs and such. Some years ago ( maybe 15) a certain picker heard about the bike and went to look. The now grown up woman had reservations about selling but a price was agreed upon and a deal done.

 

Nash and many others of that era made really nice cars. Thats, in my opinion why they became targets and had to be eliminated by the big money manufacturing group.

 

Correct me if wrong .. I'm pretty sure Chevrolet wouldn't build a 6 cylinder AC car in 1956 ....

 

I doubt Ford would either….but I’ll check my 1956. salesman reference book.
