My 1970 Lemans Sport after swapping out the stock 350 for a '69 GTO 400 -- and GTO hood. About those gold Cragar SST's... I liked them at the time. Not sure how I feel about 'em now!
Nah, that's my old (then new) 700 Interceptor -- ya heard that right; 700, not 750! A de-stroked V45. By 1984 ailing Harley Davidson had successfully gotten a tariff levied against all foreign made motorcycles sized over 700 cc's. So Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, etc, fought back by de-stroking their popular 750cc sport bikes to just below 700cc's.
The Corvette Summer Corvette,,,,,that was a cool car in my opinion . The only thing I never liked was the fender flares,,,,,the lower edge was squared off . It should have had a nice radius to let it blend into the quarters . The hood was very innovative,,,,and the rear deck area as well . A really nice design ,,,,at least to my eye . Tommy
This Olds was from the central Oregon area, saw it at many NW events, was built to a pretty high standard, if I remember correctly it had a NASTY ?Olds? ProStock based engine, I could have lived without the hood scoop though!
I always liked this particular year and style of Barracuda, as seen at the Good Guys car show back in 2021. I don't think it needed the hood scoop, but to each their own.
