These were in a pile of parts in my car when I bought it a couple years ago they are splined like a GM, but too fancy for any Chevy I’ve every had, They are short like vent window crank , they look real similar to Cadillac, but the ones I’ve seen all have a chrome knob . Just wondering
With the exception of the backing plate, they are VERY similar to the ones on my '37 Buick Special. Three grooves in the arm, and three grooves on the knob. Maybe the higher priced Buick models used a more decorative backing plate?
They look like 39-40 Buick Super or Century. Edit: not 39-40. The chrome backing plate was used on the 42-49 Buick.
