I have a new BowTie Overdrive 200R4 with their throttle cable cam that passed all the pre-pressure tests. I test drove it and it shifts at the right rpm but only when I back off the throttle a tiny bit. I also installed a governor with weight trimmed off the centrifugal weight but I don't think that would affect my shifting problem. I've done that on several builds with no problem. I'm thinking I need to back down the throttle cable adjustment a tiny bit.
The TV cable is a little too tight. It will shift when you back off the throttle so may be TV is too tight.
