I have changed directions on my latest and probably last project and have decided to sell off the parts I was saving for future projects. For sale are two Carter AFB/Weber/Edelbrock carbs that I purchased for a Hemi 315 - 325 build. Obviously they have many other applications. The carbs were rebuilt by a fellow that routinely rebuilds carbs. These two carbs (Rear 9605S and Front 9635SA) started life as 600 CFM carbs but were converted to 500 CFM which I felt was better suited to the Dodge Hemi. The rebuilder used Walker kits which included 500 CFM primary boosters, 86 Primary and 95 Secondary jets, 70-47 rods and 5” Hg springs. The fellow custom builds a restrictor that he sells on line and installed in these carbs. It can easily be removed if you want to restore them to 600 CFM carbs. They have not had gas in them since the rebuild. Included with the carbs are new non-stick base gaskets, air cleaner gaskets, rear vacuum plugs, the adjustable linkage shown in the photos and any unused parts from the kits. The original .100 jets are included and the carbs can be put back to 600 CFM if necessary down the road. Note that the front carb is chokeless which is typical on a 2x4 application. The pictures show these carbs sitting on an older Offenhauser manifold that I ws going to use. I have sold the manifold to a fellow that plans to modify it for a blower and he already had carbs.
