Hot Rods Red's Headers

I have purchased a lot of stuff from Red's Headers and always been happy with everything. Recently I opened up a bag of cylinder head acorn nuts and found out I had 47...... one short. I've been calling, sent email, smoke signals, whatever, with no luck. I am just asking if anyone has had any recent contact with them. Thanks.

 

I tried calling and emailing many times this summer to ask a question before buying a header for my Model A. Never could get a response, so I didn't end up purchasing on their website. No clue what the deal was.
