  2. Hello Everyone,

I have agreed to do a couple of transports out on the West Coast the week of October 15th. This will be my last trip out west as I do not cross the Rocky Mountain Passes after the end of October.

I have a couple of ENCLOSED Transport spots available on this trip :

First I have a spot available from anywhere in the Eastern 3RD of the country out to Washington, Oregon or Northern California

The 2nd will be from The Denver/Cheyenne/Salt Lake City Areas back to The Ohio Area or further.

I am working towards the end of my 41ST year in business with well over 4 Million accident-free transporting miles. This equates to well over 2800 vehicles transported.

I am ALWAYS available to quote cash on delivery prices before or after you purchase the vehicle. I do not take deposits as I believe a mans word is his bond. When you book a spot on my schedule, I do your transport, at the price agreed upon with NO funny business!!!

    Thank You & God Bless

  3. Hello Everyone,

I am trying to clear my schedule by the end of November so that I can again shut down for winter! I still have 6 cars spread all over the eastern half of the country that need to be transported to fulfill my commitment to those customers, so I will have a couple of openings in November to fill the empty miles.

The 1st spot will be from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana or Western Pennsylvania out to Wisconsin, Illinois or Iowa. This trip will be with the single car ENCLOSED trailer & should load on or about November 7th.

The 2nd spot will be from Eastern Kansas, Oklahoma or Missouri back to Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania or Western New York. This trip will also be with the single car ENCLOSED trailer & should load on or about November 11th

As part of my personalized single car service, I stay with the customers vehicle & when I need to sleep it is in the truck at a well lit travel plaza or rest area. I could not sleep in a hotel knowing my truck & trailer with the customers car in it was laying out in the parking lot waiting to be stolen or vandalized!

I am always available to quote cash on delivery prices, give opinions on transport options, etc. Feel free to call, email or P.M. me anytime!

    Thank You & God Bless

  4. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Be safe in your travels, enjoy time with family/ friends & please remember to give thanks to God for all he provides for you.

I am officially done transporting for the season until late February or early March except for a new Corvette from the Museum in Bowling Green Kentucky down to Florida for a good customer. I promised that even though his build date got pushed way back, because of the strike I would still do it for him probably around the 1st of the year.

I am Always available to quote prices, discuss transport options or recommend other QUALITY Transporters that I trust 100% with my customer overflow!

Bill transported my Ford Anglia for me and it couldn't have went any better and he took care of everything. He contacted and made arrangements with the pickup person, the person it was being delivered to and kept me informed with everything going on and did everything on time and when he said he would. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service I received and I couldn't recommend him enough plus he's a very nice man.

  6. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year To All My Friends/Customers & Fellow Car Guys On The Forum!

It has been another blessed year for me & the business. I would like to thank everyone who used my transport service this year, as well as all the folks who posted feedback or recommended me to other members.

I am officially closed till around March 1st. However I still have to transport the brand new Corvette from the Museum in Bowling Green, Ky down to my customer in Central Florida. This leaves me with an Enclosed Transport spot available on or about January 14th coming out of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina up to the Ohio, Mich, Indiana area OR to Eastern Tennessee where I have a good customer from the MTFCA who wants me to take his car north if I have an opening. As always .....It NEVER hurts to check to see if your needs fit.

Even though I am off the road for winter, I am always available to quote prices, offer advice on transporting, trucks, trailers or try to get you pointed in the direction of another Quality Transport, so you don't get screwed by the bottom feeders in my industry!

    God Bless

If you are looking for an honest, timely and reasonable shipper, Bill is YOUR GUY.
I’ve referred him to a number of clients and the response is always very very positive.
He’s one of the very best there is.

  8. Hello Everyone,

When I come back out on the road in March I will be starting my 42nd year in business with well over 4 million accident-free transport miles. I have been so blessed to meet & become friends with so many great folks in this hobby & as always I appreciate the support, feedback posted about my service & recommendations to other car guys on dozens of forums all over the internet.

I have 2 transport spots available in March in the Eastern Half of the country before heading out on 3 separate round trips out West. These trips will be with the Single Car Enclosed Trailer.

1ST opening is from Florida going basically North (ideally close to Ohio, but am always open for other places)

2ND opening is from Texas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma to anywhere in the Eastern 3RD of the country (again Ideally close to Ohio, but I am always open for other places)

I am ALWAYS available to quote cash on delivery prices, discuss different types of transports or recommend others who I trust 100% with my customer overflow. Give me a call, email or P.M.

    Thank You & God Bless

Well, if Bill has come out of his burrow and not seen his shadow, then Spring is near and you won't find anyone better or more courteous to transport your vehicle. Get in line now and relax.

  10. Hello Everyone,

Thank you Jeff @5window ...Yes I did come out of my burrow a bit early due to some really great weather & an almost non-existent winter!

This year starts my 42 year in business & approx 4.5 million accident-free transport miles, with around 2800 vehicles transported.

I now have 14+ transport customers booked over the next 10 weeks including FOUR separate trips out to the west coast. This leaves me with some openings coming back east from especially the Northwest. Specifically one enclosed spot from the Denver area back to Ohio or further East/Southeast. At least ONE (or possibly two) enclosed spots from the Seattle Washington area back to Ohio or further East/Southeast.

These available spots will change some over the weeks, but will not last long, so don't procrastinate! For the most part I am booked 4-6 weeks in advance at all times.

I am ALWAYS available to quote cash on delivery prices, give experienced opinions on different types of transports or recommend a small group of gentlemen who I trust 100% with my customer overflow so you don't get screwed by any of the bottom feeders in my industry!

    Thank You & God Bless

  11. Hello Everyone,

Just back from a wild zigzag of the country that totaled 10,700 miles, 7 cars & a few parts! I met some more really great folks in our hobby, many were fellow HAMB members! ( @Pocket Nick , @31ford39 & several others)

My next trip is number THREE of Four straight round trips out to the west coast & back. I have ONE spot left available on that trip :

Later in April I will be available to transport in the enclosed trailer from Wisconsin or Northern Illinois towards Ohio or further East. This vehicle must be the size of an A body GM or smaller as I will be helping out an historical society in New York to bring something back to them that they purchased from Washington state, it will take up the front part of the trailer.

Trip number Four in May to the west coast & back still has an enclosed spot available from Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Western Montana back to Ohio or further East/Southeast

I am always available to quote prices, discuss transporting or recommend a small handful of gentlemen that I trust 100% with my customer overflow, so you don't get screwed over by the bottom feeders

    Thank You & God Bless

I tried to call Bill but it said the number was no longer in use.
I have texted him and waiting for response.
Does anyone know of another way to contact him?
    Thanks

  13. Hello Sir,

The Hamb O Dex Section is not for questions, but I can assure you that my phone number is working fine. Sorry I did not get a text from you. Possibly you mixed up the number some how, 6- 10 people inquire per day (most days) (216)832-8697 or you can PM me here on the HAMB if you wish.

    God Bless

I not only had Bill transport a car for me but also bought one from him too! First off he is a crappy photographer. The car is much nicer in person! He kept me well informed on when I fit into the schedule and did not disappoint! He’s one hell of a nice guy to boot! I think we could have shot the shit all day but I just got off a 12 hr shift and he had to head back.
I would definitely use him again. His belief in customer service and satisfaction is the reason why. I’m 100% satisfied with the purchase and the service I received!!!

  15. Thank You Denny @SS327 .It was great to meet you & I am looking forward to reading about the progress you make on my old Tin Indian!

    Hello Everyone,

I would like to thank all the customers on my schedule for their patience & understanding as I dealt with a minor health issue with Myself & also my Wife (different issue, same time). I am back running & getting caught up as quickly as humanly possible.

Around the 1st of June, I should have an enclosed transport spot available from Washington, Idaho, Western Montana or possibly Oregon down to Southern California, Arizona or the Las Vegas area.

Sometime in late June or early July I will be delivering in Southern Maine & will then have an enclosed spot available from New England back towards Ohio, but will consider many other delivery locations.

This is my 42nd year in business with 4.5 million accident free transport miles. I am always available to quote prices, discuss transport options or recommend one of the small handful of gentlemen I trust 100% with my customer overflow, so you don't get screwed by the bottom feeders!

  16. Hello Everyone,

I stopped home for a couple of days in the middle of my 4th coast to coast round trip since the 1st of March. I will continue on to South Carolina, North Carolina, Maine, New York & Wisconsin.

Once I get to Wisconsin, I will have an enclosed transport spot available from there back toward Ohio or surrounding areas. This transport will be somewhere on or about June 19th

The following week (June 23rd) I will have an enclosed transport spot available from South Carolina or surrounding areas up towards Ohio

I will NOT be going back out to the west coast until at least the end of July as I need to concentrate on stuff in the eastern half of the country for a while. I do have a car waiting in Los Angeles & one waiting in Tacoma, Wa for late July & August, so I will have openings out to those areas from the eastern/central part of the country if you are not in a hurry!

This is my 42nd year in business with 4.5 million accident free transport miles. I am always available to quote prices, discuss transport options or recommend one of the small handful of gentlemen I trust 100% with my customer overflow, so you don't get screwed by the bottom feeders!

  17. Hello Everyone,

I am taking an extended leave from the road to help my Lovely Wife Laura's battle with cancer.

I so very much appreciate all the messages we continue to receive from friends/customers & fellow car guys & gals! Just shows how great the folks in this hobby are. The Hamb O Dex is not the section for anything but posting feedback for services provided though.

Even though I will be off the road, I will still be available to offer help in the way of names of guys I trust 100% with my customers overflow. I have a handful of Honest, Quality guys who are Car Guys as well that I can recommend so you DON'T get screwed! I might not be able answer as quickly as normal, but will return ALL emails, messages & calls.

  18. Hello Everyone,

Again I would like to thank all the well wishers & those praying for Laura & I. We have decided that I should be able to get back on the road somewhere around the 1st of October in a limited schedule of trips that will only keep me out a day or two at a time. This means I can run basically anywhere in the eastern third of the country

Even though I am still off the road till then, I am available to offer help in the way of names of guys I trust 100% with my customers overflow. I have a handful of Honest, Quality guys who are Car Guys as well that I can recommend so you DON'T get screwed! I might not be able answer as quickly as normal, but will return ALL emails, messages & calls.

If you enjoy meeting up with like minded hooligans from the HAMB, DON'T FORGET........
LLOYDFEST 2024 is coming up Sept 6TH & 7TH in Jeffersonville, Kentucky's City Park. Laura & I will be there for sure in "Stubby". Come See Us!!!!

  20. Hello Everyone,

My choice to stay in the Eastern 3RD of the country so I can only be away from home for one night at a time has worked (so far). I am sorry that I cannot help as many folks with their transports like the past, but if I cannot get you on my schedule, I have a small handful of Quality, Honest, Real Car Guys that I have vetted fully & trust 100% with my customer overflow. I will be glad to pass along their information, so you can contact them & can then rest assured that you will NOT get screwed by using one of the bottom feeders out there!

Last week I was honored to pickup this Yenko Stinger (pictured below) from the Crawford Auto Museum in Cleveland, Oh & transport it back to the Corvair Museum in Illinois. Kind of cool that this is the 1st time I have seen this car since I dropped it off to be restored in Illinois from Washington State several years ago.

I do have a couple of Enclosed Transport spots available over the next couple of weeks:

From Ohio, Mich, In over to the Conn, Mass, etc area

From Ohio, Mich, In down to Eastern Tennessee, Western Virginia, Eastern Kentucky

    EDIT TO ADD ADDITIONAL SPOT

Minnesota, Wisconsin or Iowa back to Ohio, Mich, Pa late the week of November 11th.

As always I am available to quote cash on delivery prices or answer ANY questions you may have about my industry, truck, trailers, etc. Because of my situation at home I may not be able to answer every time or respond back as quickly as in the past, but please know that EVERY inquiry (call, email, P.M.) will be responded to in a Friendly, Respectful way & in a timely fashion!

I recently purchased my first collectible vehicle and found myself in need of a transporter. Like so many of you I made the mistake of signing up on a transport brokerage website and was immediately buried by emails, phone call and texts from dozens of transport brokers. It wasn't just a mistake, it was a HUGE mistake. Almost all of them were giving me quotes so low that the amount wouldn't even pay for the fuel let alone pay for a truck and driver. I absolutely knew they were trying to scam me.

Luckily I found this website and the many, many positive reviews about Bill Squires. So I called Bill the next day, left a voice message and he called me back in just a couple of hours! He gave me a fair and reasonable quote, which I accepted and I truly couldn't be happier. If you want a transporter who's honest, fair, dependable and treats your vehicle like it's his very own then call Bill.

    Thanks again Bill,
    Bruce

Bill just moved my mustang from Washington, DC to Nashville. I had been dreading this move based on experience with other transport companies. Bill offered his services at a very fair price and we were easily able to work out a timetable that worked for both of us. He picked up the car right on schedule and delivered it about 18 hours later exactly on schedule. He was extremely professional and easy and pleasant to work with. The next time I transport a car I will make only one phone call to Bill. He's got business from now on. Look no further. Highly recommended!!

  23. Hello Everyone,

As always I appreciate the feedback/kind words from customers as I feel this is the ONLY way prospective customers can be sure of what they are going to get in these days of "Anybody Can Be Anything They Want To Be On The Internet"

Over the last Month I have been able to transport for some longtime customers whom I consider Friends & absolutely love to catch up with them in person. Sure we can converse via P.M.from time to time, but it is just not the same. Lately my life has gotten even busier than normal (if that is possible), so short visits like these are GREAT for the soul!

    ********EDIT TO CHANGE AVAILABILITY!***************

Anytime between now & December 21st I will have an ENCLOSED Transport Spot available from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, etc down to Florida or possibly South Carolina/Georgia! I have one waiting for me in Florida for a good customer who is not in a hurry, so as soon as the spot books I will make the trip (of course around the weather this time of year). Don't be afraid to inquire, you will be treated with the friendly respect a prospective customer should expect.

I am winding down my 42nd year in business with 4.5 million accident-free transport miles & close to 3000 vehicles transported during this time. I am ALWAYS available to quote prices, discuss trucks, trailers, your options, my industry or if I cannot help you, I will be glad to pass along the names & numbers of the small handful of gentlemen that I trust 100% with my customer overflow.

    Thank You & God Bless
