    this thing came with a anglia i bought out of chicago area..... maybe a horn ....maybe .....????? ..has the name warner on the front cover...has 2 post on the back....spring loaded arm .... brandon

    That's the Warner Device, before you do anything with her, you better Warner, and no that is not a Thorkle Rod.

    That sure looks like my old moo horn that I use to have on my 54 cadilac when I was in school. I use to have it mounted on the left side of the column and tried to make it sound like a bull.

    It's not for making tea. It's a training device to make sure you hold out your little finger when you drink your tea.

    At least I THINK it's your little finger......maybe it's this finger here in the middle. :eek:

    Lever, clamp looks to be for steering column...is common British and European accessory switch used to flash high beams for signaling, also commonly used for horn or both together.
