    The styling and Firestone sponsorship says Art Arfons, though I can't find a photo of a Green Monster version that looks like that one.

    Would love to lay my hands on a copy of Art Arfons Fastest Man on Wheels, but finding a copy is nearly impossible.

    This is a jetcar called Silver Streak built by a swede, Arnold Sundqvist, he bought a surplus jet engine and built himself a jetcar, did a couple of high speed runs with it, I believe he did some european speed records with it.
    And he also crashed it really bad.
    Built another one and that one you can se at a museum.
    The car also ended up as an Corgi modelcar
    Arnold have done so much crazy stuff back i the days, he bought an Corvette and made it radiocontrolled, ofcourse ended up bad, crashing it
