I have done nothing since May, that's five months. A lost summer of tooling around, time to get my $%!+ together. I have found a good head, painted it, and everything is waiting for me to get it back together.

  2. I got the last pieces (headlights and fender extensions) painted and on, the "work" on this one is just about done.

The only things I didn't do that was on my list are making windows and figuring out which front rims to get.

    My rears

    And my front choices

Great work! It’s always inspiring to see someone accomplishing so much. These days, I’m taking a step back from big projects as I’ve decided to focus on personal growth and skill-building after reading Brilliant org reviews. The platform has so many courses and resources that sparked my interest, especially in math and science, areas I’ve always wanted to deepen my knowledge in. Over the last few months, I’ve poured my energy into various projects, so now feels like the perfect time to invest in myself and expand my expertise.

  6. That's the classic combo but I'm leaning towards those starbursts, with the low front I'm not sure if the kidney bean would look right.

On another note I did pick up another pair of 15x3.5 Fenton Gyros today

A quick dusting with a broom, they should clean up pretty nice

Wasn't any car stuff but did get the last big elm log on the sawmill and slabbed it up. This is a tree that had died out in my yard. Sure made some interesting wood.

If anyone ever finds ONE Fenton Gyro , I need one . Many years ago a Nationwide tire sales company split on into pieces . I was a bit disappointed to say the least .

I bought this about a month ago and have only been driving it around short distances. Sunday, I drove it about about 20 miles, just around. We stopped to let the dog out and I replaced a fraid coil wire end and headed out for about another 20 mile run. I killed it at a light and the battery acted dead, so we sat for about 5 minutes and it started ok, but after about 5 minutes in the driveway it was dead, I let it sit overnight, still dead. So I'm working on figuring that out this weekend.

@swade41 We think a lot a like. You have my valve covers and headers. I haven't bought those yet.
I'm trying to figure out rear wheel choice. The slot mags are what I have.

  25. Well we're both from Missouri lol

Polished slots would look good with those or a polished straight peaked 5 spoke.

IMG_7991.jpeg IMG_7992.jpeg I’m finally getting to work on this Lincoln. I’ve got the front end lowered with the arrow star springs I am surprised at how it sits on these things dropping the rears next.

  27. Got the ladder bar, removeable trans mount combo figured out

making this old metal cabinet I bought at Symco for $5 shine a little more. It's gonna be the "medicine cabinet" in my bathroom. Will probably just hold TP rolls. I didn't care about the dings, etc. upload_2024-11-11_18-22-8.png
