Pretty wild car for sale in Bisbee. See if you can figure out what panels were used to make it?

The fenders appear to be 1946-1948 Ford.

Wheels and hubcaps look like they are from a 1960's VW Bus. Tailfins kind of remind me of an Amphicar. I also just noticed the Chevrolet 350 emblem on the front fenders.

It could be...but haven't found a number on the car yet...he has a title....just not sure what it's really for. Says 49 Crosley.

They're Crosley 12" wheels and caps.

The front and rear upper panels might be early 50s Buick hoods?

I think the rear fenders are 46 Ford car front fenders.

I think this car is an attempt to make something like the hotshot from a wagon or sedan? but it's really heavy, has coil overload springs at all 4 corners!

44 cubic inches, 26 1/2 hp 5.13 gears... Is it the cast iron block or the one that is 125 separate pieces of furnace brazed copper?

Asking @anthony myrick if he would drive it is like asking the guys in the drunk tank if they want another round. Oh hell, Anthony? Would ya? Really?

Crosley was a really good engine design.
For many years after they came out, were the number one pick as a TQ race car engine; could run at 10000 rpm n 12 to 1 on alc. Used for a long time as the best engine for SCCA H-Mod racers.. and Y-race boats... : Also first USA car with four wheel disk brakes,,, If the design had been as a much bigger engine,we would of seen a lot more racing also... In the mid 1950s,my Dad built a SCCA H-Mod, I helped with some,.to race, also rig for street driving. I put it in a few car shows. Image-14.JPG

I bet @squirrel knows exactly where it is as his 62 corvette is in one of the pictures above. Once he buys it he can get Crosley parts here https://www.servicemotors.net/

Yep, I zoomed into the picture and you can see that there are two signs that indicate (356 speed shop), plus you can see @squirrel 62 Corvette next to it as well. The website for that place has some cool other cars as well!
