Does anyone recognize the car and/or the shop or the gentleman in this photo of a 1932 Ford I dropped off that came from Richard Munz in Madison, Wisconsin ? Jim Transporting To Travel Traveling To Share Stories From The Road
You are not being a smart ass This is the only image I have from February 2013 that could have been what I picked up from him - I found this picture in the middle of the night and didn’t give it more than a quick glance … Jim Transporting To Travel Traveling To Share Stories From The Road
This is an interesting thread. I take it, someone wants to find the car this person took delivery of or the person that took delivery of the car. That gets my curiosity up. But, it might help if you at least gave a general idea of where the shop in the picture is located.
I resurrected a thread I started back in February 2013 of my visit to Hot Rod Heaven. I am cleaning up the images that I took on a Sanyo rechargeable digital camera that I posted on that thread here on the HAMB. I realized that I hadn’t taken a picture of what I picked up probably because my camera ran out of memory or power. I went back to other threads and found that image - it probably is what I picked up - I cleaned it up and started this thread. Jim Transporting To Travel Traveling To Share Stories From The Road
I just looked thru your media pictures. You sure have hauled a lot of nice “rides” over the years! I noticed the same 1930 black “A” coupe on page 38. On page 43 , you have Munz’s 1932 Coleman 5 window coupe shown; so you must have hauled at least one of his cars.
Thanks ! It would make sense that if the image I posted is a 1930 Ford it would not have fit in his collection - so he sold it. While cleaning up images from my 2013 visit to Hot Rod Heaven I ran across this one that was hanging on the wall in his Bonneville Salt Flat display. This might be Mr. Munz … Jim Transporting To Travel Traveling To Share Stories From The Road
