Art & Inspiration Anyone recognize these cars? 1941 California

I came across a small old photo album for sale recently. This is the first page in the album. Unfortunately there are no other pics of these two in the album. License plate is 1941. Wondering if anyone happens to know the cars, thanks.

The coupe is a 39 Ford Deluxe. The other is a hot rod with a 32 Ford grill. The fuel cap in the center of the windshield suggests the body may be a Model A Ford.

 

pretty plain to see it’s a ‘28/9 “A-v8.” Looks like a ‘32 axle and kinda like mechanical brakes still. The v’d windshield seems pretty distinctive.

 

I think he's asking if anyone knows the cars, not if anyone knows what the cars are. As in does anyone know who owned them and where they were from.
