Technical Wheel I.D.

Anyone recognize these wheels?
Reminiscent of Hollywood Barela’s, but these have a sharp peak down the center…

Interesting, never saw these before. How are the centers attached to the hoop?

 

I’m not sure, they’re not mine, just trying to help someone ID…I’ll try and find out

Those are a weird one with the ribbed spokes and the cap standing that proud on a center with little or no taper.
