it's a "C" channel over the square tube of the frame I guess to make it look more like 32 rails...

Yes thats the one-I just bought an AA (probably one of the oldest in the uk) but it`s essentially worthless (wooden cab )so My plan was to build a flathead V8 roadster pickup ,thinking the deeper thicker frame will be more robust than the A frame.I can sell off the AA bits to restorers to keep more of em on the road here in the UK. 450767836_3784173455151345_8536097968800084584_n.jpg 450767836_3784173455151345_8536097968800084584_n.jpg

I built this Sedan Delivery from a '31 Slantwindow Fordor Sedan...Although I "32-ized" it a bit if you look closely.

I have to agree with @trikejunkie , without the '32 reveal detail it looks more like a Model AA frame.

I think it looks like a 1929 model A RPU... custom frame.... I don't think anyone ever intended it to be or look like a 32 frame , like everyone else's or they would have just used deuce rails... I like the one off look anyways...model a's on deuce rails.... the go to for evry body.... model a on a AA frame... cool idea...

    Couple of things....
You were the one that said it was done to "I guess to make it look more like 32 rails".o_O
And, a Model A on an AA frame is not a new idea. It has been done before.;)
