Jim cinches yet another salesman of the month award as he watches the happy customer drive off the lot.

The driver is clearly not the builder so that means there are at least two crazy people in the area.

I see what you mean. Hi boy stance and the cool front fender deal. Non chop. And it looks like you could drive that thing from coast to coast. As it should be.

Another shared by Hamber 69Chevelle454...in a Texas Thread...Not perfect but perfect enough and fast is the motto by the looks of things...some interesting frame work in the kickup area. The body is angle mounted it seems...maybe a 34 frame...as much as the shell to hood to cowl angle, it seems to have been done so much that it was a look more than a misjudgement...looks tuff actually.

Those early chrome wheels are so distinctive! That coupe is cool!

    Both stock & reversed.
I remember how disappointed I was when I got the first set of chrome reversed wheels on the rear of my '38 coupe. I replace a pair of painted reversed rims I had built with 15" Ford centers with Buick outers. Nice and deep for the time. I had radiaced the fenders are was running 820x15 Bruce slicks. (didn't need them) It looked cool. The new chrome ones were just 50s Merc reversed. The shop guy couldn't use Buick rims, some California law at the time he said. They looked like shit but being a polite kid I left. By the next day I hated them and went back to the shop to get my wheels back, I'd traded them in. He had already sold them. I went by a wrecking yard on my way home and picked up 2 Buick wheels. I took them apart along with 2 Ford 15: pickup wheels and took the parts to an old back yard chromer. When I got them back my dad & I put them together. I sold the Mercs for more than enough to cover the Chrome. The fronts were chromed Ford pickup not reversed. They were on the coupe when I sold it years later. It looked great.

Truly Chrome reverse rims are one of the most beautiful to run on a Hotrod...they fit so many builds from upscale to run whatcha got...

... I told @ct1932ford if he keeps driving the 32 like this I'm gonna share it in the Homogenized Thread...The ungrilled look wasn't uncommon back in the day...I can imagine the itch to get on the road waiting for parts...that aside Ct did choose a very early period to build his ride to which in itself is not to common. It's looking sharp. Hope you are feeling well CT like your Bro you hold the Bar pretty up there and it shows...

That's the car from the collection of the former owner of the company I work for. (too many prepositions in a sentence?)
RM/Sotheby's listed it back in 2022 as a body by Viotti.

I wonder why Mecum is claiming it has "Adler Trumpf Junior Sport Bodywork"?

    https://hymanltd.com/vehicles/5767-1935-adler-trumpf-junior-sports-roadster/

I see similarities with the cowl/beltline/hood, but the fenders and boat-tail are pretty different Did "Viotti" start with a Trumpf Junior Sport and then build from there?

Thanks for chiming in @stingbean and sharing your connections, knowledge and views regarding this beauty with a serious chunk of 1935 Ford go fast history with a international continental outreach and evolution. It certainly helped fuel the evolution of the Culture we celebrate here. Art that wows and goes really...and the mention of Edsel is no surprise really as he was pretty adventurous with the 4 wheeled road machines...

  27. I think this was posted earlier in this thread. Either way, it's quirky. My club brothers hate the windshield treatment, but I kind of dig it.

There was one in an early pic at Winfields garage as well. Yeah I know I shared it and a Hamber chimed in that was working on it I believe...
