my dad took me to car shows when was a kid, and then bought me a 56 plymouth as my first car. we restored it together in the garage. ever since then i havent cared about much other than old cars. i still drive that 56 daily.

Uncles, Friends, Lack of Money, Old Timers Car club. West L.A. Uncle Eddie who was a Truck Driver, taught my Uncle Ray everything he knows who then taught me. Friends. We started off working on our bicycles and eventually worked our way up to cars. Lack of Money. We (or parents) didn't have the money to buy brand new cars at 16, so we had to save up and work on our own cars. I started with VW's. We used to go to the local cruise night as kids on our bikes and talking to those old cats also really influenced me.
