    Hello all.
I'm trying to find some pictures and info on a T Bucket that was built by the Gatti Bros in the Bronx NY around 1965-66. The unusual engine choice set this rod apart. It had a Slant 6, which I think may have been the only one ever. I think it was in Rod & Custom or Car Craft during that time period. I think the car show name was "The Gat-T" Any info or pictures would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Tex Smith’s XR6 was also slant 6 powered, and from the era, though not exactly a T bucket.

I immediately recalled images of the Gatti T. It wasn't powered by a slant six, it had a Tempest slant 4. It was featured in a 1966 magazine "1001 Custom Car Ideas". I would have scanned the article but didn't want to risk damaging the spine of my old magazine.

Car built around 66, Gatti shop on Boston post Rd near Mt Vernon and infamous Conner st. I had a 63 Tempest, lusted after this car. I do question the stated 295 in , as the 4 came with 195 in, actually 1/2 a Pontiac 389. Biggest Pontiac mill built was a 455, so total B & S maybe ? Where is it now ?
