    I don't recall actually having anything specific in mind, beyond some kind of pre-c.1980 American V8.

    I did draw something conceptually similar on Deuce architecture, for which I was thinking a turbocharged reverse-flow Nailhead, with underfloor turbochargers fed from headers in the valley and blowing through two SU HIF44s on each side.

    1931 Model A 5 window coupe aka SINISTIR COUPE built and raced by @gary terhaar. I am but one of the many shop flies who had the honor of lending a hand or an opinion while he was building this car. With that 450” Nailhead, this car is fast as fuck, maybe faster. Gary did all the work on this car except for grinding the crankshaft and the devil girl. This car deserves its own thread…. Rest In Peace Gary.
