Technical Has anybody ever had one of these?

I picked this up a while back, never seen one until then. I can't find any history on them, B&M website only talks about the automatic shifters. Anybody know anything about them?

Cheap 3 speed floor shifter. I used a few back in the 80's.

 

It's a four speed. Made by B&M. I was curious if anybody had used one or knew when B&M produced them

 

Where the 3rd lever for reverse?

I had a B&M on a 4spd Saginaw in my El Camino. I brought it new about 1991. It jammed up a lot so I replaced it after a few years with a Hurst.
