Any back story on this photo . Looks like the truck broke through the roof of a warehouse. Might have been ok for lighter loads when built but not for heavier loads at the time of the accident
From the looks of it, that tandem was overloaded with probably 26 tons of asphalt. It's got three boards above the dump box, and in my experience, that's probably 5-8 tons beyond capacity, at least for city streets. Far too much for whatever structure it broke through.
