That car would look awesome in silver or black with the red interior. Of course, white, cream, blue or purple would all look great too.

Paint it whatever color YOU want. You know you will be the one taking care of it. You need something that looks clean when it is dirty...EVILT

I vote for silver. Still my all time favorite color for a car or truck. Any car or truck.

I like purple/red on mid-30's cars and taildraggers, but I think that silver with a red interior would look best on that car.

Here's a purple/red 36', just to give you a better idea of that colour combo.

colorblind? I think a dark gold would be unusual and pretty cool. Not sure how good a nice dark tangerine would look with that interior, but that would be cool too.

My Dad bought the first one sold in Ventura County and it became my daily driver for many years (it was a 2 dr)
It was painted Champagne Beige and it looked fantastic. The silver is too bright with the trim that it has. The Champagne color was just different enough to set the two apart.
If you are not familiar with the color it is a slightly warm silver color. Sort of has a very mild tan tint.

This is a Champagne Beige. My Champagne was a lighter, more silvery color though. Not as brown as shown below.

    This is a Chantilly Beige

we live in town, so i dont think it will get all that dirty. and besides, if a car looks dirty atleast it looks like someone is driving it... right?

I like the wimbledon white with pearl idea, but paint the roof red bass boat flake.

  30. Nothing looks good with red interior! Not intended to offend, just an opinion.
