I'll be there in my pile.

I only missed the first one, and lord willing, I wont miss another.

It really comes down to the people, I love hanging out with people from all over the country.

    the cars are a bonus.

ALSO: I asked, and the host hotel HAS NOT CHANGED.

It is, and for the forseeable future will be, IN town at the Hilton.

The casino is nice, but it puts you miles away from town, and to me, that would ruin the vibe.

I did use their parking lot to change a rocker arm in once. very well lit. lol.

I am planning to have this car back in 2025...hopefully painted this time around

I am glad to hear the host hotel is remaining IN town, as that is a big part of the draw for us. We are able to park and leave our cars in the parking lot of the Hilton and walk to lunch, dinner, coffee, etc.

Plus, I can't say enough about the group of like minded people gathered in one spot.

I missed the 1st three, but am hooked now.

So where is the host hotel? Is it not the Casino now, or is that in town?

Hoping to fly out this year, so need to know where to stay :)

    @neilswheels

Since @BigJoeArt did us the favor of confirming the host hotel is the Hilton Garden inn in downtown Bartlesville.

It’s probably been booked solid since the show in October but couldn’t hurt trying!

We did not get accepted, but will be coming for our 1st time.
Got some super cheap rooms at the Motel 2.5.... (may regret that)

Prepping my wifes '54 Olds for the trip. Finally making it "ours". Looking to steal some ideas from the John Vincent '54

Are there any campgrounds people stay at for the event? I'll be towing and my tow rig is setup for camping.

I really had a great time last year and was fortunate to get selected again this year. Taking the original paint 5 window this time. Stop buy and say hello. 325windowrollingshot.jpg

Started working on my car today. Lots to do before the show and it gives me a good excuse to get it all done this year.

I decided not to register, but will most likely join the Omaha crew again in 2025. Haven't missed one yet!

I would wager it was about when you submitted your car, not the car itself.

I saw that after I posted. Going to see what route he’s taking and maybe try and run with him and anyone else that’s going to from Arkansas

I’m currently getting this 34 survivor dialed in for my wife to drive out.

it’ll have an altitude adjustment, proper rolling stock and a 3:71 on a early 283 a 4spd and an olds rear behind it.
    IMG_9710.jpeg IMG_9533.jpeg

and then I’ll be driving this out again this year

    See you there! :)
I don't go to nearly as many shows or put on nearly as many miles as I used to.... Unless it's on an airplane.
