It's out of reach for me but it is a gorgeous print for an incredibly worthy cause. I may be able to contribute somehow in the near future though. Good on you and the others.
A good long time friend of mine (not a car guy) lost everything in Altadena, as well as his entire neighborhood. He along with his neighbors have already generated large donations through go fund me. When the world seems to be at it's worst, its refreshing to see people be so generous.
Great idea @Ryan ! I'm not sure if Johnny Agnew - Funky Junk Farms is a member here, but he and his wife lost everything. Seems like a really good dude. There is a GoFundMe set up for them and thankfully it has gained a lot of traction.
Entirely up to the member. Like I said, he has no idea we are doing this... But yeah, I'm willing to do whatever I can to help folks out. I can't imagine the struggle of losing so much. I got all the prints out in the mail today.
Alright, boys… the eagle has landed, and the cash is in play. Yeah, $500 isn’t a fortune—it’s not gonna flip the world on its axis—but it’s a start. And a start, my friends, beats the hell out of nothing. So, hats off to all of you for pulling this off. We did something good here, something real, and I’m damn proud of it. A rare moment of sanity in a swirling vortex of chaos. Well done.
