Hey guys I am new here. 5 years ago I bought a 39 Deluxe that needed a lot of work. I tore it down but then had to mothball it until this year. My problem is from the time I took it apart to the time I had to move to a new house I seem to have lost the radiator. It was in really bad shape and I took it to a shop to repair/replace. The owner died and in the closing of the business my radiator got tossed.
So where can I get the right one? The engine is a 48 8BA. 2 outlets and 2 inlets.
    Thanks
    Wick

If you are not picky about originality Champion radiators have some decently priced. But check the interenet first as the prices vary from reasonable (?) to WTF.

No such thing as a ‘48 8BA. The outlets should be in the same location on early flatty vs late, but the upper hose diameter is different. Measure what you have before ordering.

As for the right supplier, you could buy a cheap Chinese aluminum one that might kinda fit, all the way up to a perfect Johnson’s or Brassworks that will fit and cool better than anything else. How much do you care?

  5. And how much do you want to spend?
