I really appreciate you capturing some sold prices on these, I was curious. Looks like some pretty strong prices, especially for a Thursday night. I was actually there last winter, it was fun, I bought one of the cheapest things in the entire auction, but it was really fun to bid on the floor with the big players.
I went couple years ago on a weekday. It was fun to look at the cars, watch the auction process, and see a part of the car scene that I had not experienced before. I understand the current auction has 10% fees for both buyer and seller. So Mecum is making some pretty good money, just like a casino - the house always wins.
Nice collection of speed parts there. Might not be too many bidders showing up to buy parts like that, there is the possibility of a deal on some of that.
