The Metropolitan Pit Stop started out
back in 1961 when Jimmy Valentine
moved his home recording studio to a business in North Hollywood, California where artists from the big band era could record, the list of artists changed as time passed to include Frank Sinatra and
The Beach Boys and Frank Zappa …

Not much of a Metro left in this one ! I'd bet the fuel mileage isn't as as good as the blue one above ! Runs a big Chevy, with yeah, a supercharger.
This car's been around a while as an exhibition car. Just makes a few single runs, (by itself). Might show up at most any SoCal race. Possibly others also.

  5. I am on my way back to visit Justin
    with another Metropolitan that he
recommended me to transport to his shop.
    The owner completely disassembled the
    engine and realized rebuilding
it was beyond his comfort zone …

I advised the owner how to pack up
the parts for transport with the Metropolitan.

This visit I will do a video of
    the recording studio.
