Technical Pulley ideas

Looking to put together a wide belt pulley system to relieve belt tension on head mounted generator p***enger side (right). Installed in old gen and fan spot. I’ve seen these set ups but for some reason can’t locate of remember who's got this setup I need. Any ideas…

 

That's a beautiful flathead! Is it hanging of the the bell?
