If you need Moog k772 ball joints (listed as the upper and lower joint on stage 2 suspension) hit your Amazon account now. I ordered 4 for under $3.50 each.

If you have numbers for suitable tie rod ends and control arm bushings, post up.

I'm thinking Moog es3493t outer rod ends could work with metric threaded inners but have to get one to compare to the sae threaded fatmans. (His were Gtech but I've failed at getting replacements from gtech and now that fatman is closed.........)

Upper and Lower Ball Joint: Moog K772 (listed as upper/lower replacement by Fatman)

Tie Rod End with extended stud for bump steer control: (Possibly Moog es3493t, dorman to92435xl, astarpro es3493t, fitment not verified but may work, especially if your rack is 2004+ and has the metric threaded inners.....fatman racks were typically 79-93 with sae threaded inners -- Proforge 104-10812 Bump Steer tie rod ends may also work with the metric threaded inners.)

    Upper Control Arm Bushings:

    Lower Control Arm Bushings:

    Lower Spring Cup/Isolator:

Coil Spring for Heavy Sedan with V8/Auto: Moog 8556 (Verified fit my 37 Dodge D5 4-door with sbc/th350)

FATMAN STANDARD CHEVY LUG-PATTERN BRAKE KIT

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING STANDARD CHEVY DISC BRAKES TO A MUSTANG II (1974-78) SUSPENSION

**READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION**
This kit is designed to use the following GM rotors and calipers:

    Chevrolet – 1967-69 Camaro, 1969-72 Chevelle

    1969-74 Nova
    Buick – 1969-72 Century, Regal, Skylark, G.S.
    Oldsmobile – 1969-72 Cutl***, F85, 442
Pontiac – 1969 Firebird, 1969-72 Grand Prix, GTO

Remove the stock brake calipers, rotors, splash shields, and caliper mounting brackets. Retain upper caliper mounting bracket bolts. A small area at the bottom of the caliper opening may have to be flattened to clear the GM rotor. This area will be noticeable when the rotor is installed.

Clean and inspect the spindles for cracks and/or damage.

Install the caliper mounting brackets (NOTE: there is a left and right hand bracket) using a standard Ford upper mounting bolt. We recommend using new upper bolts (shipped with our new spindles and available from us for your own spindles). Be sure to LOC***E these bolts in place as well as the 7/16”-14 grade 8 bolts and lockwashers supplied in the kit.

REMOVE THE STOCK GM GREASE SEALS AND INNER AND OUTER BEARINGS INCLUDING THE BEARING RACES FROM THE HUBS. Replace both inner and outer bearings and races with stock Ford Mustang II bearings and races. These bearings (A12 and A13) have the same O.D. and will fit as direct replacements. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE FORD BEARINGS WITH THE GM RACES AS THE TAPERS ARE DIFFERENT AND WILL NOT WORK TOGETHER. We recommend using new bearings (supplied in our complete kit).

Install the grease seals supplied in the kit into the GM hub. Before installing the grease seals check for a chamfer where the wheel seal goes in. If your rotor has no chamfer you can use a die-grinder and chamfer around the edge.

Install rotor on spindle followed by Ford outer bearing and the special nut/washer ***embly supplied in the kit. Then install wheel bearing nut locking ring and new cotter pin followed by bearing dust cap.

Clean and inspect caliper for damage, leaks, etc. Install new pads and mount caliper on bracket with bleeder fitting up using stock GM mounting pins. Make sure the pins are not bent or damaged before installing.

Check for any brake caliper/rotor/wheel interference.

    BASIC KIT INCLUDES:
    2 ea. – FF703 caliper mounting brackets

    2 ea. – 7/16-14 grade 8 bolts

    2 ea. – 7/16 lock washers

2 ea. – special one-piece spindle washer and nut ***emblies

    COMPLETE KIT INCLUDES:
    All of the above plus:

2 ea. – 4039/4040 GM single piston calipers

    2 ea. – 4885532 GM rotors

2 ea. – A12 bearings (MUST install these races in the rotors)

2 ea. – A13 bearings (MUST install these races in the rotors)

    2 ea. – 730-2436 dust caps

    2 ea. – 19215 wheel seals

    1 ea. – SMD52 pad set

The .46” long steel spacers provided go between the bracket and the spindle at the bottom attaching point.

Remove the stock GM grease seal and inner and outer bearings INCLUDING THE BEARING RACES FROM THE HUBS.

These can be a tight fit so be sure to use a seal-driver tool or a flat plate to install them.
