Been sitting 5 years but was running when parked. Totally solid, no rust. Rockers under doors needed replacing and that was accomplished. 8BA ran well, always cool, never any heat problems. Full oil filtering system, Johnson lifters, 3 97's with front and rear blocked off so just running on the center. Ch***is engineering disc brake front end, 8" Ford rearend with discs. Trans is a Muncie 4 speed with nostalgic shifter. Ford did not offer a stake bed in '36 but I wanted one and a company out of Detroit was offering a repro under the license of Ford, hence the stamped "Ford" logo across the back. Glide seat. The Indian and Gee Bee themes are an homage to my dad because he grew up in MA, had an Indian Chief and was in aviation. Pics are from a "bucket list" adventure where high school friends and I dragged it to Bonneville with scooters to explore the venue. Time for it to move down the road for someone new to love it.
